What Agent OS is
Agent OS is the layer that lets agents run operational work across a company, not one task in isolation. It can coordinate several agents across a process, hand work between them, and route decisions to people when they should be made by people.
It can, in principle, run complete company operations. In practice, most teams begin with one process and widen the scope as the agents earn trust.
Why expert guidance matters
An agent is only as good as the guidance it learned from. Saolabs' core work is producing expert-labelled data that makes AI models and agents safer, and Agent OS draws on that same discipline.
Agents are trained on how skilled people actually do the work: the steps they take, the checks they run, the cases where they stop and escalate. That guidance is what separates an agent that looks busy from one you can rely on.
Where it fits
Hiring OS is the most developed example of the approach: an end-to-end process run by agents with people in control. Agent OS generalises it.
Licensing is how companies get access. Under a licence, Agent OS can run your workflows on the same agentic systems Saolabs runs on.
Good first candidates
Processes that are repeated often, can be written down step by step, and have a clear test for done well. Work where mistakes are visible and can be reviewed before they cause harm.
Processes that depend on tacit judgement can still be candidates, but they need more expert input up front and closer review.
How to start
We start with a conversation about the process you want to move onto agents and what good looks like. Then we scope a pilot, define how it will be reviewed and measured, and run it.
