Our commitment
Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA. We consider accessibility when we design and build pages, not as an afterthought.
This is a goal we are working towards rather than a claim of full conformance. We review the site as it changes and fix issues as we find them.
What we do
We build the site with practices that support assistive technology and different ways of browsing.
- Semantic HTML with clear headings and landmarks.
- Keyboard access to navigation and interactive elements, with visible focus states.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Colour contrast designed to meet AA levels in light and dark themes.
- Layouts that adapt to zoom and small screens.
Motion and animation
Some pages use decorative animations. These respect your operating system's reduced-motion setting, so if you have asked for less motion, they are reduced or switched off.
Animations are not used to convey information you would otherwise miss.
Known limitations
Some decorative animations may still be distracting for some visitors even when reduced motion is not enabled. We are reviewing these as part of our ongoing work.
Third-party sites we link to, such as https://www.workor.ai, have their own accessibility approaches.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common screen readers. Older browsers may not display every feature as intended.
